Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancelling an order
Most of our books are printed to order. If you want to cancel, email orders@hatriqa.com with your order number as soon as possible. If printing has not started, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. If it has, you can still return the books under your 14-day right to cancel below.
Your 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel your order for books within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Books must be unused and in the condition you received them. Email orders@hatriqa.com with your order number to start a return. You pay the cost of returning the books unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item. When we receive them, we refund the price of the books and the standard delivery charge you paid.
Faulty or wrong items
If a book arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. You do not need to send the book back.
Online courses
You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you have not started the course. Once you start an on-demand course, it is non-refundable.
If you cancel a live course within 14 days of booking, we refund you in full, less the value of any sessions already delivered. After 14 days, live course fees are non-refundable, but please contact us if your circumstances change and we will do what we can, for example moving you to a later course.
If we cancel or reschedule a live session and you cannot attend the new date, we will refund you for that session.
Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be refunded.
Orders through Amazon
If you bought our books from Amazon, please return them through Amazon.
Schools and purchase orders
Orders paid by purchase order follow the same terms. Please contact us before returning books.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return, or of agreeing a refund. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
