1. About us
This store is run by Hatriqa Limited ("HATRIQA", "we"), registered in England and Wales, company number 10718198, registered office Lower Ground Floor, 7 Coleherne Road, London, England, SW10 9BS. Contact us at orders@hatriqa.com.

2. Your order
When you place an order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is wrong, and will refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your country, including any VAT that applies. Books are zero-rated for VAT in the UK. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Schools can also pay by purchase order, as explained on our Ordering for Schools page.

4. Printing and delivery
Most of our books are printed to order. Printing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy. We will tell you if there is a delay.

5. Online courses
When you buy a course, you get access for the person named on the order. Course materials are for your own learning or teaching and may not be shared, copied or resold. Live course dates and times are shown on the course page. If we need to change or cancel a session, we will offer another date or a refund for that session.

6. Cancellations and refunds
Your rights to cancel and return items are set out in our Return and refund policy.

7. Intellectual property
All books, course materials, images and text on this site are owned by HATRIQA or our licensors, including Nimble Feet Worldwide Limited for the Jamie Johnson series, and are protected by copyright. Teachers may copy pages marked photocopiable for use with their own classes.

8. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you place it.

10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home courts.
